Characterised by a centered, focused sound that is easy to control. The dark harmonics result in a dense penetration that is consistent throughout all registers. With an ample amount of resistance, this style provides a solid foundation for articulation.

MX-1

Allows the player to put a fast airspeed through the flute, achieving a rich and powerful sound. Characterised by plenty of lower partials anchoring the sound with a full harmonic spectrum.  Flexible and responsive with a wide range of tonal and color possibilities.

Open sound with a tonal complexity that allows for great freedom of expression. Full-bodied and responsive, while articulation is crisp and clean. Able to accommodate a high volume of air, this powerful style provides expansive projection with great stability.
